Source: Erie Times-News, Pa.迷你倉Sept. 05--Erie police have filed two traffic citations against a city man in a July 30 accident at West 12th Street and Greengarden Road that led to the death of another motorist.Erie police traffic investigator Sgt. Jeff Annunziata filed the citations this week against Gary L. Williams, 50. He faces summary counts of careless driving-unintentional and vehicle turning left in the crash, which occurred at about 6:50 a.m. on July 30.Police accuse Williams of failing to yield to oncoming traffic when he attempted to turn left onto Greengarden Road from the westbound left turn lane of West 12th Street.The Jeep Laredo that Williams was driving turned in front of a Dodge Dakota pickup truck that was traveling east on West 12th Street, causing a collision, police said.The 儲存倉river of the Dodge, Jimmy Carr, 58, of Erie, suffered leg and ankle fractures in the crash. He died of complications from those injuries at UPMC Hamot on Aug. 15, according to the Erie County Coroner's Office.A passenger in the Jeep was also injured in the accident.
