電影《總舖師》從8/16上映至今，文件倉已創下約3億元的高票房，同時也讓台南的主要拍攝地成為時下最夯的景點。其中後壁車站、台南車站、鹿陶洋江家古厝、府前路的談情說愛樹、和民媽祖樓天后宮等電影拍攝場景，不僅可讓人回味電影內容的趣味點滴，還能一訪府城的古蹟韻味。 報導╱陳瑋玲 攝影╱陳志淵 近年來，賣座的國片不僅賺到了口碑、票房，也帶動電影場景的旅遊人潮。像是今年8/16上映的院線電影《總舖師》，就是最近流行的旅遊新話題；由於主要拍攝的場景多在台南，因此台南市政府觀光旅遊局也特別在官網繪製了電影導覽地圖，民眾下載後，就可以跟著《總舖師》遊台南。 車站每天都上演著別離與相聚的戲碼，也是《總舖師》劇情裡重要的場景。其中始建於1900年的台南車站，是電影開始浪人廚師阿海(楊祐寧飾)在火車上撿到女主角小婉(夏于喬飾)的行李箱，在抵達這座車站後，追上小婉並送還行李箱。而這座已經超過百年的車站，白色的2層樓建築呈現的是大氣而樸實的風格，但又蘊含巴洛克式的對襯裝飾，十分有特色。 遊老車站 訪愛鳳小吃店 至於日式木造車站的後壁車站，則是始建於1902年，洗石子的基座上是木構的建築體，散發著古樸的異國風情；當地人為了呼應現今流行的「小鴨風潮」，還將鐵道旁的植栽，修剪成小鴨模樣，讓人眼睛一亮。有別於電影中將台南車站塑造為邂逅的情境，後壁車站則是上演悲情的劇碼，劇中的配角廚師虎鼻師(脫線飾)，一心一意為心愛的月霞製作米粉便當，沒想到月霞卻將便當給了另一位心儀的對象阿雄，而後壁車站就是月霞拿著便當送給阿雄的場景。 《總舖師》也選了台南幾處古蹟、老街巷入鏡。像是劇中愛鳳嫂(林美秀飾)開設的「愛鳳小吃店」，和提供小婉千年醬油的王啟旦牛肉麵店，是劇組搭建在媽祖樓天后宮前的場景，雖然虛構的店外觀已經拆除，但是劇組借來當作愛鳳小吃店內景的私人住家，則是歡迎外客參觀，但得配合主人在家的時間。而遊客造訪至此，也千萬不要錯過進入始建於1755年的媽祖樓天后宮參拜。 老榕樹 尋浪漫場景 另外一處超過200年歷史的閩南式傳統院落鹿陶洋江家古厝，是電影中鬼頭師(喜翔飾)教授徒弟阿海消除食材怨氣的場景。這座被文化部列為歷史建築的古蹟，格局採四進三院，目前仍住著後代子孫，我造訪，碰巧遇上阿嬤正在宗祠向祖先捻香，傳統樑柱下飄著一縷白煙，觸動思古之幽情。先前來到台南，經過中西區府前路不下十幾回，但總忽略路旁有榕樹林蔭的悠閒區塊，這趟經過在地人指存倉，來到《總舖師》男女主角談情說愛的老榕樹，曲折的樹幹，似乎是渾然天成的座位。不少遊客多會學著劇情，爬上樹幹取景拍照，但對樹木卻是一種傷害。其實只要坐在樹下的座椅，樹蔭遮擋了南台灣的艷陽，隨著榕樹鬚的搖動，能感受陣陣舒爽涼風，電影情節中的浪漫，當下就感受到了。 【風味美食】電影菜色 老字號嘗鮮 電影《總舖師》裡的辦桌菜，不容易在一般餐廳吃到，超過70年歷史的「阿霞飯店」，仍祖傳老手藝，還能吃到部分在電影中出現的菜色。其中月霞送給阿雄的便當裡，裝的就是「米粉炒」(200元)，是以洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、火燒蝦和爆香的花菇、蝦米等拌炒，再加入豬骨高湯，最後放入米粉和蛋液，嘗來入味且米粉彈牙度十足。「蝦棗」(100元)，是電影中的拼盤菜色，以荸薺、豬絞肉、火燒蝦和香菇、豬油為餡，再覆以豬的橫隔膜油炸，口感外酥內Q嫩，。整場電影中場景最盛大的，莫過於「生炒鱔魚」(500元），鱔魚要Q就得以黑醋、醬油等調出私房醬汁，以大火爆炒，並掌握速度，才能造就香脆口感。 【旅遊資訊】 ◎開車： ˙後壁車站─國道3號下白河交流道，接172甲縣道往台1線，接近交叉路可達。 ˙鹿陶洋江家古厝─國道3號經富田系統交流道接台84線，下玉井端交流道轉台3線可達。 ˙台南車站─中山高下仁德交流道，接182縣道轉北門路。 ˙阿霞飯店─182縣道經東門圓環，續行至府前路轉忠義路，在2段84巷口進入可達。 ˙媽祖樓天后宮(愛鳳小吃店、王啟旦牛肉麵店場景)─府前路轉金華路，行至4段處轉信義街接忠孝街可達。 ˙談情說愛樹─府前路至2段處。 ◎搭車： ˙後壁車站、台南車站─搭台鐵抵後壁、台南站。 ˙鹿陶洋江家古厝─搭台南市公車綠線20、22路至鹿陶洋站下車。 ˙阿霞飯店─搭台南市公車安平線88路，在天壇站下車。 ˙媽祖樓天后宮─搭台南市公車3路，於成功路西段站下車。 ˙談情說愛樹─搭台南市公車2路，在交通隊站下車。 ◎注意事項： ˙鹿陶洋江家古厝雖全日對外開放，但仍有住民居住，請勿過於喧嘩打擾。 ˙愛鳳小吃店拍攝地為私宅，主人願意接受民眾參觀，但時間較不固定，且也勿過度打擾。 ˙阿霞飯店米粉炒只提供內用，不接受外帶。 ◎相關資訊： ˙台南市政府觀光旅遊局─(06)635-3226 tour.tainan.gov.tw ˙阿霞飯店─(06)225-6789 11:00~14:00、17:00~21:00 周一休儲存

"I think they got everything thrown in, including the kitchen sink."DelSignore said his company -- manned by 12 employees -- is getting a first-year exemption, as its Highmark Blue Shield plan was renewed before Obamacare took effect. But the rates were driven up about 30 percent, he said, and are expected to rise again next year."I'm hoping that that plan won't go away because of the Affordable Care Act," he said."We're different than anybody. My employees don't pay anything for their hospitalization. We take care of it in full."I don't think there's a lot of businesses that are doing that, currently. I'm just hoping we can continue to do that. But, the jury's still out on this thing."Sandy Yeager, of Yeager's Heating and Cooling, said the new health care mandates won't be affecting health care for the business's 10 employees either -- at least not that much."Right at the moment, instead of us paying 100 percent for employee health care, they may start having to kick in a small percent," she said. Hong Kong start-up Verbase set to challenge giants Google and Baidu, promising users searches free from spam and advertisementsIn the fast-developing internet industry, the incumbent leaders are well aware that consumer tastes can change and more nimble competitors are just around the corner.儲存Before Google became the undisputed internet search kingpin in the past decade, the market leaders were industry pioneers that included Lycos, Infoseek, AltaVista, Overture and Yahoo.In 2009, software giant Microsoft tossed its hat into the general internet search arena with Bing, which promised more relevant search results.Verbase, a Hong Kong start-up formed by an American entrepreneur, will step into that same arena next Monday, when its namesake web search engine is unveiled to challenge Google and eventually, mainland online search giant Baidu.Antoine Sorel Neron, the founder and chief executive of Verbase, said the new search service was designed to relieve internet users’ frustration with the advertising, spam and irrelevant results found in most online searches.“Today’s search engines are inherently flawed due to a business model that is geared towards maximising advertising revenue instead of delivering the best results to users,” Neron said.“Verbase empowers users, allowing them to determine what shows up first, while ensuring the integrity of the search experience by excluding ads and spam from results.”He described Verbase as “a semantic search engine”, which is set up to improve the accuracy of searches by understanding the context and meaning of the user’s keyword.The service uses Yahoo’s application programming interface (API) for gathering search results. “We are paying for the use of Yahoo’s API. We refashion the data we get by filtering out spam sites and using our own algorithm,” Neron said.He developed Verbase’s so-called “passive user-ranking” algorithm, which takes into account how various users have engaged with the list of search results when ranking which ones are the most relevant.Verbase is currently in beta testing and has more than 50,000 unique monthly visitors to its site.“What Verbase does is find out which results other users have found to be relevant for a keyword typed by a user,” Neron said.That means the top-listed search results are based on what real users find most interesting and relemini storageant, compared with other search engines that mix advertising with search results.“The next person entering the same keyword will see a different set of results based on your search,” he said. “So we’re changing the algorithm’s results hundreds of times a day.”Verbase, however, is not against advertising. It plans to introduce advertising on the right panel of its search results page, instead of at the top as with search results from Google and other search engines.Daniel Freedman, the founder of Jasomi Networks and a former vice-president of security products at McAfee, is an early Verbase user who found that its approach to search “keeps results pure and free of clutter”.Freedman said: “While other search engines excel at retrieving results quickly, Verbase saves users time by effectively filtering out irrelevant listings for a particular query.”Verbase is part of the privately held Palladium Group, which Neron established in Hong Kong in 2006. Palladium set up about 10 websites dedicated to medical devices and pharmaceutical products, which allowed Neron to raise the initial capital used to fund Verbase’s operations.“I took Palladium from zero to eight-figure revenue in less than two years,” he said. “I had the idea of Verbase in 2006, but I didn’t seek out funding because I wanted to control the project.”Verbase was founded in 2011. Neron hired developers from Russia to do the coding while he focused on financing and the big picture. He has invested about US$120,000 in the project.“Some people think I’m crazy trying to compete with Google. But in the first few years of Google, it wasn’t the most popular search engine. That company went through a lot of trial and error to get where it is today,” Neron said.The US$22 billion internet search market, however, has also seen a number of promising start-ups go bust. Cuil – pronounced “cool” – raised US$33 million from venture capitalists and launched in 2008 with about 120 billion Web pages indexed, three times more than any other search engine at the time. Corporation’s expanded product range after renaming fuels concerns over competitionBanks in Hong Kong are casting a wary eye over the Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation’s (HKMC) plans to develop products that go beyond its mortgage-insurance-focused business.儲存Come January, the government-backed institution will have a new name – Hong Kong Mortgage Credit & Guarantee Corporation – that is also helping to feed concerns within the financial services industry that a well-connected new competitor is waiting in the wings.The HKMC is keen to provide an expanded range of credit and guarantee services to the public after the renaming. One of the firm’s core aims is to “enhance the stability of the banking sector by offering a reliable source of liquidity” under a goal “to promote wider home ownership in Hong Kong”.Bankers are now concerned about where any changes in this complementary role to the industry may be heading.“Business growth at the firm was sluggish and it had to think about including more products and services,” said a senior executive of a bank, who declined to be named. “One day, if the HKMC will provide services and products to individuals, without banks acting as the intermediary, then it will compete with us.”The HKMC carries out its role of providing liquidity to banks by buying loan assets during times when the supply of capital is tightening. But, with the banking system flush with funds, asset purchases by the HKMC from banks have been declining.Set up in March 1997, the HKMC is wholly owned by the government through the Exchange Fund. The firm bought HK$82 million in loan assets in the first half of this year, compared with HK$495 million last year. Assets sales from banks have been shrinking since 2011 as the US Federal Reserve’s quantitative easing boosted the funding pool for lenders.“The HKMC works as a complement of the banks currently, but if it will expand widely in terms of services provided, that might cause some conflicts with banks and we don’t really want tomini storagesee that,” said a local commercial banker, who is monitoring the HKMC closely.The HKMC’s chief executive Raymond Li Ling-cheung has sought to hose down such concerns.“We are not going to compete with the private sector,” said Li, adding that the banks had nothing to worry about. “When there is a need from the society that the private sector is yet to fulfil, we will be there to help close the gap. It also aims to pursue its goal of promoting wider home ownership in Hong Kong and facilitate the growth and development of the debt securities and mortgage-backed securities markets in the city.However, the corporation’s mortgage insurance business has shrunk in line with the slide in property transactions. New loans drawn down under that insurance dropped to HK$7 billion in the first half from HK$10.5 billion last year.The firm’s usage rate, which measures the amount of mortgage-insurance-protected loans out of the total new mortgage loans drawn down in the city, has been declining since it reached 18 per cent in 2009. It fell further to 8 per cent in the first half from 13 per cent a year earlier.The HKMC launched reverse-mortgage services in 2011 and a microfinance scheme in 2012 as part of efforts to enlarge the scope of its offerings to the market, in addition to its financing guarantee scheme for small and medium-sized enterprises. 隨著逐漸進入冬季用油旺季，迷利倉以能源類股為主的俄羅斯股市表現讓人期待。事實上，歷史經驗亦顯示俄羅斯股市在第4季與第1季表現最佳，平均漲幅均超過一成，第4季正報酬機率達八成。ING大俄羅斯基金經理人葉菀婷表示，受惠於油價自先前低點回升，能源類股企業獲利年增率預估值上修，激勵能源股走高，在冬季取暖用油旺季即將來臨進而可望支撐油價維持於相對高檔的情況下，能源股獲利預估將進一步回升，對指數表現應有加分效果。葉菀婷指出，俄國央行以每季提供三個月期浮動利率抵押貸款的方式降低金融體系資金成本，意味整體政策方向轉趨寬鬆。因此，雖無法立即見到降息利多，對股市仍應有正面助益。台新新興歐洲基金經理人王昱如指出，俄羅斯新任央行總裁Elvira 自存倉abiullina最近上任，由於他的立場偏向溫和鴿派，市場普遍預期官方後市可望採取較為寬鬆的貨幣政策，至年底前央行有機會降息兩碼。此外，政府也將提供較低利率的長期融資工具，引導短期利率走低，有助於銀行降低資金成本。在新政策刺激下，一來可活絡市場資金，二來也可減緩企業借貸成本，進而推升獲利，都有助於俄股後市的表現。群益新興金鑽基金經理人王文宏指出，俄羅斯以基本面來看表現都不錯，最新公布第2季GDP為1.2%，此外，俄羅斯的通膨年增率也降至6.5%，符合彭博對其未來利率走向降息的預估，也突顯俄羅斯目前是新興大國中少數有本錢降息的國家。第4季用油旺季即將到來，與石油直接的相關題材的高油價受惠國股市像是俄羅斯、巴西表現都不錯。mini storage
