States for nearly two decades because she did not want to ruin relationships between their families and because she feared no one would believe her.A jury listened to her tearful account of the abuse and to what States had to say in his defense.They believed her.The panel deliberated a few hours late Thursday before convicting States of one count of indecent assault. Sentencing is set for Oct. 24 in Judge Shad Connelly's courtroom.Chief Deputy District Attorney Elizabeth Hirz thanked the jury."I am thrilled for the family. This has been a very difficult case," she said.States' lawyers, Peter Sala and Patricia Ambrose, declined to comment.States' defense was similar to the one he offered in a February trial in an unrelated molestation case. In that case, he told jurors he did not molest the alleged victim and had scant opportunity to do so because he was not alone with her. A jury in that case acquitted States of charges he raped an 8-year-old girl during a 2011 sleepover.In this week's trial, the victim told jurors that States, 34, molested her repeatedly in 1995 and 1996 when she went to his Millcreek Township home as a 5- and 6-year-old to be baby-sat by his mother. Instead of a gathering of friends, she wants closure and justice for her son, Levi Dixon Jr."This year it's really hard, harder than all the other years," Pearson said. "It's been five years. There's not a day that goes by that I don't miss my baby."Dixon, an aspiring 17-year-old singer who performed with his church choir, was shot dead inside a friend's West Tampa home on July 27, 2008.Detectives are hoping Dixon's musical ties can help generate tips about the case.A.J. Crawford, a tribute artist and longtime friend of Dixon, has written and produced a music video that pays homage to Dixon. Crawford, who goes by the stage name "Young A.J.," wrote "Dear Lee" as a way of coping with Dixon's death and to speak out against violence.The locally produced song could "urge the public to come forward with information on the teen singer's death," police spokeswoman Janelle McGregor said.Dixon was shot to death five years ago when he was alone at the house at 2536 W. Walnut St. about midnight. Other friends had left him there because he was too young to get into a dance club. At about 4 a.m., someone kicked in the door and shot Dixon. The teen's body was found outside.Police have not uncovered a motive. No arrest has been made and no witnesses have stepped forward.So Pearson spoke out on Friday, asking the community for help."He was at the wrong place at the wrong time," Pearson said. 　　在國內教育培訓市場接近1萬億元的龐大市場規模中，儲存盡管已有部分知名教育培訓機構做大做強，甚至成功上市，但在國內教育培訓市場中依然還有百萬家的中小型機構貼身肉搏。面對激烈的市場競爭，教育培訓行業正在逐步進入專業化發展階段，處於從產品時代向營銷時代轉型的過程中。而如何能從競爭中脫穎而出，能夠在轉型中抓住機遇，也成為�多中小教育培訓機構亟需解決的問題。　　現狀　　定位不准 無法找到精准細分市場　　雖然萬億元的市場規模看上去很美，但除了個別的行業龍頭外，更多的中小培訓機構生存並不容易。有教育培訓業內人士就坦言，一個正在成長的行業不可避免地會產生各種問題，行業洗牌是市場優勝劣汰的淘汰機制。經歷了高速發展和快速擴張，教育培訓行業迎來了“洗牌年”。而前不久，由中國民辦教育協會倡導，十七所國內知名校外教育培訓機構發起的“中小學生校外培訓機構自律公約”就是洗牌開始的標誌，新一輪“排位戰”即將開�，而“自律公約”的推出恰逢其時，它掀起了教育培訓行業變革的風暴。對於�多的教育機構來說，想在激烈的競爭中生存下來並做強做大，需要的不只是產品。　　業內人士分析認為，教育培訓行業正處於從產品時代向營銷時代轉型的過程中。教育培訓行業現在主要問題之一，是由於�多教育培訓機構遍地開花，一方面各種機構推廣模式單一，導致�多學員無法及時瞭解相關信息；另一方面求學者面對�多機構，無從選擇。培訓機構失敗的原因，很大程度上是市場定位不准，沒有找准適合自己的細分市場，並制定合適的推廣策略，因而也就不能很好地樹立自己在細分市場的品牌。　　突破　　搜索營銷 建立與目標客群的有效溝通　　中小教育培訓機構的困境，也正是目前教育培訓市場的困局，而解決的有效選擇之一正是搜索營銷。　　在培訓教育業內人士看來，首先，教育培訓行業的目標群體與網絡的受�高度重合，並且是網絡的重度使用者，在信息不對稱的情況下，利用網絡進行搜索可以獲取全面的信息，如培訓機構、課程、價格、評價等等；其次，在大品牌占據優勢媒介資源的時候，中小培訓機構如何建立自己有效的溝通渠道，如何在自己的細分市場建立品牌在傳統的營銷環境中就非常困難，但隨著網絡的發展，隨著搜索營銷的發展，中小培訓機構也可以獲得同等的網絡推廣機會。　　對於搜索營銷的優勢，新東方創始人俞敏洪也在此前出席某論壇時坦言，搜索營銷當然是現在最好的營銷方式。畢竟，如果現在還用傳統的招生方式，基本上做不起來了，“一是有大機構的門檻，二是，人家速度比你快，你就沒戲。”目前，新東方用搜索營銷的頻率很高，與百度建立了戰略合作伙伴關係。他戲稱：“盡管李彥宏一分錢沒給我省，但我還願意跟他合作。”　　數據　　全年搜索指數增長131.2%　　搜索營銷對於教育培訓市場發展的貢獻，可以從不斷增長的搜索指數中窺見一斑。根據百度提供數據顯示，2012年教育培訓行業桌面日均搜索指數2261萬，全年搜索指數較2011年增長3.4%；2012年教育培訓行業無線日均搜索指數512萬，全年搜索指數較2011年增長131.2%。　　其中，2012年教育培訓行業桌面日均搜索指數為2261萬，無線日均搜索指數為512萬。在3月1日新學期開始，無論是桌面還是無線搜索均達到一個小高峰；從6月高考期間，也有比較高的搜索量；7月初，高考成績公佈後，教育培訓行業搜索量達到全年高峰，日搜索量遠高于平均水平。　　趨勢　　樹立細分市場品牌 搜索營銷與品牌營銷結合　　除了可以利用搜索營銷獲得更全面的信息，實現與目標客群之間的有效溝通，搜索營銷也順應了教育培訓行業發展的趨勢。　　在業內專家看來，教育培訓行業未來的發展趨勢，項目更加綜合化，課程更加個性化，模式更加多元化。這就需要各類教育培訓機構能夠深入挖掘客戶需求，選擇適合自己的細分市場，並在這一細分市場上樹立自己的品牌。對此，俞敏洪就認為，搜索營銷的方式非常好，同時也可結合品牌營銷。初創公司應該在練好內功的基礎上提升知名度。以教育類公司為例，首先要確保師資和教學系統足夠優秀，讓用戶認可。與此同時，可以採用網絡營銷和搜索營銷的方式來提升品牌知名度，這是初創企業生存的第二大要素。　　據記者瞭解，目前百度搜索營銷已經改變了教育培訓行業的營銷模式。百度的後台數據顯示，教育培訓行業在百度搜索中已是廣告投放排名第二的行業，5萬多家教育培訓企業參與其中，新東方現在也在百度建立了品牌專區。　　尋找細分 市場定位 從搜索數據看商機　　隨著搜索營銷的發展，中小培訓機構也可以獲得同等的網絡推廣機會，從中可以獲得更多的商機。與傳統的營銷渠道相比，基於搜索數據的分析，教育培訓機構更容易鎖定自己的客戶群體，從中發掘客戶需求，進行更為個性化的營銷。　　語言及休閒培訓　　搜索增長較快　　在搜索數據中，網民搜索需求的變化，新蒲崗迷你倉正反映著客戶需求的變化，這也可以成為中小教育培訓機構發現商機和尋求自身定位的有效途徑。　　從百度搜索2012年的數據來看，在教育培訓行業中，網民對高教自考、職業教育和家教拓展關注度比例最高，分別為30.2%、26.3%和14.0%；此外，網民對語言培訓、IT培訓和休閒培訓等也擁有較高的關注度。　　與2011年相比，2012年教育培訓細分行業搜索度均有不同程度的增長，增長較快的教育培訓細分行業為語言培訓和休閒培訓行業，增長率分別達到23.6%和21.0%。　　而在教育培訓行業中的網民關注度最高的前十位中，駕駛培訓、本科教育和研究生以上教育遙遙領先。數據也顯示了，這些教育培訓行業的需求依然最為旺盛。　　搜索客戶群體與職業相關性高　　從2012年搜索教育培訓行業的網民信息來看，男女比例與全體網民相比，女性的比例高于網民平均水平。　　與全網網民相比，20-29歲年齡段教育培訓網民分佈高，該年齡段網民以學生和上班族為主，其對教育培訓的需求主要源於外語、出國、求職、公務員考試、初入職場等。此外，50歲以上年齡段人群比例也較高。　　而從搜索網民的教育程度來看，教育培訓行業網民覆蓋與教育程度高度相關，本科及以上的比例高達54.7%。與全體網民相比，教育培訓行業網民中擁有本科及以上學歷高出4.9個百分點，說明教育培訓行業中，網民受教育程度更高。　　更值得注意的是，與全網網民相比，教育培訓網民與職業相關性高。教育/學生和IT行業、政府/公共服務覆蓋度高于全網網民。　　商機行業　　1　　語言培訓行業　　2012年語言培訓行業日均桌面搜索指數238.9萬，與2011年相比增長11.1%；2012年語言培訓行業日均無線搜索指數61.8萬，與2011年相比增長120.6%。同時，2012年語言培訓行業日均桌面搜索指數為238.9萬，日均無線搜索指數為61.8萬。在語言培訓行業中，3月份開學前達到全年搜索高峰，而從無線搜索來看，6月、8月和12月均有搜索峰值出現。　　從語言培訓細分行業中，英語培訓、少兒英語培訓和四六級考試輔導是搜索比例最高的細分行業，分別占到21.2%、16.5%和13.9%。與2011年相比，2012年語言培訓搜索指數增長23.6%，其中少兒英語搜索量增幅達到122.7%。　　在對英語培訓相關信息進行搜索時，網民會直接使用品類詞；此外，網民對自己的英語需求較為清晰，例如聽力、口語、作文等。　　2　　休閒培訓行業　　2012年休閒培訓行業日均桌面搜索指數199.7萬，與2011年相比增長13.4%；2012年休閒培訓行業日均無線搜索指數27.7萬，與2011年相比增長124.8%。同時，2012年休閒培訓行業日均桌面搜索指數為199.7萬，日均無線搜索指數為27.7萬。在6月和7月達到全面峰值。　　在休閒培訓行業中，舞蹈培訓比例最高，達到40.2%。此外，武術培訓、美術培訓和太極拳培訓等也擁有較高的分佈比例。　　與2011年相比，2012年休閒培訓搜索量增長21.0%,其中舞蹈培訓、太極拳培訓和音樂培訓搜索量均有較大幅度增長，分別達到43.7%、42.4%和27.2%。　　對舞蹈培訓相關信息搜索最多的關鍵詞是廣場舞，其次是兒童舞和街舞。　　3　　IT培訓行業　　2012年IT培訓行業日均桌面搜索指數225.5萬，與2011年相比增長6.5%；2012年IT培訓行業日均無線搜索指數31.7萬，與2011年相比增長112.8%。同時，2012年IT培訓行業日均桌面搜索指數為225.5萬，日均無線搜索指數為31.7萬。從單日搜索量來看，“五一”假期前，和“元旦”假期前是全年搜索高峰。網民在進行網絡技術培訓的相關信息搜索時，網頁設計是TOP1的關鍵詞。　　2012年，IT培訓行業以電腦平面設計培訓、網絡技術培訓和軟件開發相關培訓為主，比例分別達到12.1%、12.0%和10.9%。與2011年相比，2012年IT培訓行業搜索指數增長13.8%，細分行業中，軟件開發相關培訓增幅達到25.5%,而電腦平面設計培訓和網絡設計培訓等搜索量均有小幅下滑。　　4　　職業教育行業　　2012年職業教育行業日均桌面搜索指數594.9萬，與2011年相比增長6.0%；2012年職業教育行業日均無線搜索指數133.6萬，與2011年相比增長154.7%。同時，2012年職業教育行業日均桌面搜索指數為594.9萬，而日均無線搜索指數為133.6萬。職業教育行業搜索高峰分佈在7月份高考成績公佈。　　2012年，職業教育細分行業分佈較分散，其中駕駛培訓、金融理財證券培訓等擁有較高的比例。與2011年相比，2012年，職業教育行業搜索指數增長19%，其中美容美發化妝培訓搜索量最高，達到80.5%。mini storage

（檳城26日訊）檳州首席部長林冠英指出，自存倉若民聯有機會執政中央將改變現有發放德士執照的制度，讓真正的德士司機獲得執照，而不是像現在集中在一些人的手中。他說，目前的情況是政府將德士執照交給一些大老板，並由這些老板出租執照給德士司機，若民聯執政中央，將改善這個制度，將直接將執照發給德士司機。林冠英是週五出席檳州政府頒發津貼予德士司機的儀式上，如是表示。他指出，民聯政府遵守505大選前許下的競選承諾，每年給予每名德士司機600令吉津貼，每半年頒發一次，一次是300令吉。他指出，此舉是為了改善公共交通的服務，鼓勵司機提供最好的服務，讓國內外遊客留下美好印象，進而促進旅遊業發展。州內的確有一小部份的德士司機被投訴服務態度很差，希望司機們可以改善。他說，德士司機有如檳州旅遊大使迷你倉新蒲崗許多國外遊客抵達檳州後，第一位接觸的人可能就是德士司機，如果可以很有禮貌的提供良好服務，必定讓遊客留下美好印象。他指出，此次一共移交津貼給843名來自東北縣的德士司機和機場德士司機，希望這些司機提昇服務水准。林冠英重申，司機不必擔心這只是一次過的措施，因州政府決定每年都提供津貼，讓它成為常年政策之一，國陣是靠近大選才提供各類津貼，民聯是每年都提供津貼。公會主席讚檳津貼德士檳州德士司機公會主席阿都瑪烈贊揚州政府再創歷史，成為全馬首個為德士司機提供津貼的州屬，顯示檳州又再領先。他說，這是州政府兌現大選前的承諾，獲得津貼的司機可善用津貼，如穆斯林可用在慶祝開齋節，全檳約有2000名司機受惠。出席者計有檳城德士暨出租車司機公會聯合會財政曾畹森、行政議員阿都馬烈以及曹觀友。;迷你倉出租
