【蕭文康╱台北報導】燦坤（2430）網購事業大突破，迷你倉網銷事業營運長陳顯立昨表示，網站改版後將首度結合「社群口碑」與「部落格內容」成全新電子商務網站，並與愛逛街、癮科技、台灣新浪網結盟，同時，在第3方支付發展上，將與5大電信業者洽商共同發展手機支付業務，預計下半年推出。 去年9月底才上任的陳顯立說，目前實體通路同業對於網路發展多持保守心態，因為擔心資訊透明後讓實體業績受到影響，但燦坤快8網路旗艦店過去2年有不錯發展，包括有全台350家門可讓消費者在店面驗貨，也可以網購後透過門市後援在大台北可以4小時到貨，已有不錯基礎。 結合部落格內容 因此燦坤快8網路旗艦店在今年元旦正式改版後，加入透過部落格了解商品及網友意見回饋，讓網友買到最符合需求的產品，所以敲定與台灣第一大購物社群網站愛逛街及癮科技合作，而結合「社群口碑」、「部落格內容」及快速到貨等3大創新服務，打造台灣前所未見電子商務營運模式。以今年元月10~13日止為例，因實體通路舉辦購物節活動，4天業績逾1億元，而來自於網友文章導覽及評論，有1成流量來自於此新服務，因此網站可讀性愈高，親密度就愈強。在各方具體合作方面，愛逛街總經理高儷玲指出，愛逛網主要由網友在網路上分享意見再聯結到購物網站，這次與燦坤合作，主要在於大型購物平台幾乎沒有消費者發聲空間，而目前合作的頻道可以讓燦坤會員在購物前後心得分享，可望為燦坤網站帶來更多流量。 mini storage將與EZprice合作 高儷玲預期合作後，未來1年內燦坤網購會有驚人表現，下一波合作則將針對上班族及學生招募10萬會員，藉由與其他購物網站合作，將可將使用喜好納入考量並提供給消費者 。對於未來合作對象，陳顯立透露，未來到1~2月內將與國內最大購物比價搜尋網站EZprice合作，在網頁上直接搜尋商品並比價，同時也會與台灣新浪網合作，主要是因為新浪網新聞有相當多的讀者，雙方合作也為未來進軍中國電商市場練兵。至於在第3方支付業務發展上，燦坤將發展有別於目前市場第3方支付型態，推出手機支付工具，目前正與5大電信商合作，預計下半年推出。針對今年網購事業展望，陳顯立指出，網購業績去年佔整體5%，預估今年將成長1倍到10%，法人指去年燦坤網購業績約達12.8億元，未來若翻倍將逾20億元以上。 燦坤快8網路旗艦店 多方結盟發展情況 ●愛逛街-社群網站合作方式 >導入社群口碑進入每項商品，網友可針對產品評論或發表使用心得●癮科技-部落格合作方式 >串聯約1.5萬篇3C家電部落客發表開箱文及評鑑●台灣新浪網-入口網站合作方式 >新聞網流量大，可提供消費者台灣及中國新聞，也為燦坤未來發展中國電子商務練兵●EZprice 比價網合作方式 >讓網友同步在下單網購時方便比價●電信業者-電信業合作方式 >與5大電信業者洽商手機支付業務，預計下半年推出資料來源：記者採訪整理儲存

　【新華社北京1月14日電】（陶一萍 孟娜）「我想很多人都會經歷和我同樣的尷尬，儲存激動地守候到放票的那一刻，網頁刷新時卻卡住了，真是欲哭無淚！好不容易重新登陸上去，卻發現自己想要的座位已經沒了。」清華大學化學系學生陳俊傑連續四天在12306火車票網上訂票官網上刷票，但都「空手而歸」。　據悉，2014年春運從1月16日開始，共計40天時間。初步預測客運量將達36．23億人次，比上年增加2億人次。　家住廣州的陳俊傑說：「我們是除夕前一周放假，回家的票非常搶手，微博、微信上都有很多同學抱怨搶票難。大家歸心似箭，可又萬般無奈。」　雖然「一票難求」，但陳俊傑對返鄉回家卻十分堅定。「過年回家已是中國的一種文化情結。」他說。　針對目前中國各大高校只為學生集體購買硬座學生票的情況，陳俊傑坦言，很多學生更願意選擇相對舒適、性價比高的硬臥，建議學校應逐漸放開購買硬臥學生票。　像陳俊傑這樣購票難的中國學生並非少數，有的即使多措並舉也束手無策。　中國科學院半導體研究所博士生小喬因離家太遠，放棄了通過學校購買硬座學生票的機會，轉而自行購買硬臥。　早上8點他一迷你倉實驗室就開始刷票，使用三個不同版本的瀏覽器和手機客戶端一起刷，但一個上午過去了仍沒買到硬臥。　小喬並沒有購買付費使用的刷票軟件。「看了網上的評論，有人說即使買了刷票軟件也搶不到票，我也覺得它有點不靠譜。」他說。　手機購票是今年春運前新推出的購票方式。2013年12月8日，鐵路部門官方手機購票客戶端「鐵路12306」上線試運行，免費供旅客下載使用。隨著代售點售票、電話訂票、網際網路售票以及移動客戶端訂票等多種購票方式的興起，專程去火車站窗口購票的乘客已是越來越少。　為了方便學生購票和取票，中國鐵路部門強化線上與線下聯動，在自動售（取）票機上提供售（取）學生票服務。車站和部分規模較大的高校內設置的自動售（取）票機均增加了此功能。　為保障學生購票，北京鐵路局去年底就把自動售票機送進了高校。據悉，廣鐵集團也將在粵湘瓊三省規模較大的大專院校放置自動取票機。學生通過網絡購買火車學生票後，利用身份證和學生優惠卡就可以在自動取票機上取票。　在切身感受到春運搶票的瘋狂後，小喬建議有關部門可以考慮租借大型服務器、提高退票成本等措施進一步便利春運購票。◇儲存倉
