"However, trains are likely to be delayed."Metra, which this morning has not experienced the paralysis on entire lines that it saw two weeks ago, has reported multiple delays and one cancellation on its website, mostly on the west suburban Burlington Northern Santa Fe and the Union Pacific / North lines:--An inbound train on the BNSF line schedules to arrive in Chicago at 9:47 a.m. is running 15 to 20 minutes late because of other delays on the line. Two earlier BNSF trains were from 15 to 20 minutes late arriving at Union Station downtown because of weather related delays and equipment problems. BNSF also cancelled most stops for an outbound train that was scheduled to leave Union Station at 7:01 a.m. That train expressed from Chicago to Aurora and outbound commuters picked up a later train.--Metra also said that all inbound trains on the Union Pacific / North line may end up 10 to 20 minutes late because of weather conditions and earlier delays. This line also experienced some earlier inbound and outbound delays because of equipment problems and earlier delays on the line.--The Union Pacific / West line had some difficulties on outbound trains that resulted in delays of up to about 17 minutes.--An inbound train on the North Central Service was about 15 minutes late because of mechanical problems.--An inbound train on the Milwaukee District / North Line scheduled to arrive in Chicago at 9:22 a.m. is about 15 minutes behind schedule because of earlier delays. 迷你倉將軍澳　　【專訪】澳門三十行動聯盟代表昨午向行政長官崔世安遞信，該會認為，澳門大學橫琴新校區已於去年七月二十日交付特區政府，意味著其位於�仔徐日昇寅公馬路的原址即將騰空。去年十一月中旬，行政長官於施政報告中強調重視人才培養長效機制，亦重申澳大原址將繼續擔當文化、教育及培訓用途，不作商業用途考慮。該會認同澳大原址應留作培養人才及教育之用。然而，政府至今仍未公佈澳大原址的具體使用規劃，接獲的申請詳情也未有公開。故此，對澳大原址的未來規劃，提出以下意見：　一、利用原址建立「大學城」：鑒於現時澳大原址的面積及規模，若只交由任意一間現有的高等院校使用，資源將無法有效配置，未能充分善用空間，造成地廣人稀的情況。現時，仍有公立高等院校面對教學空間不足的困境，如澳門理工學院及旅遊學院，需要在外租借教學空間，地點分散，設備參差，無法營造良好的教學氛圍。因此，建議按教學水平24小時迷你倉發展需求，將澳大原址分配予本澳各教育機構。首先優先安排予公立高等院校，再租借予其他教育機構，建立一個類似「大學城」或「教育社區」的地方。　二、聯校共享資源，各取所需：部分校園設施，如餐廳、綠化休憩區、文化康體設施、演講廳及停車場等，由政府作主導管理，供各校共同使用，以便有效使用空間，亦有助各校師生交流。圖書館可參考香港的「聯合圖書館」概念，在藏書足夠前提下，各校共同使用，以便學生使用圖書，同時有助其接觸多元資訊。　三、以培養本澳人才為目標：政府亦有責任對高等教育發展作出整體規劃，並結合人口政策及城市承載力等實際情況，作出更完善的長遠計劃。　四、保留原來建築，承傳高教歷史：在不改變教育用途的前提下，暫無拆卸或重建的必要，只需在內部稍加改造便能繼續使用。故此，原址無論交由何者使用，都應保留原來的建築，並確保校園內的主要景觀不受影響。　五、用途公開諮詢。◇迷你倉旺角

Gardinant left behind a husband and 2-year-old daughter, while Mosh left behind a husband and four children, including the 12-year-old son who was with her at the time of the collision.The two women were fatally injured when they were struck by a white pickup while crossing Vancouver Mall Drive around 8 p.m. on Jan. 19. The boy suffered minor injuries in the incident. The pickup drove away.Photos showed the women's lives -- their weddings, their celebrations, their travels and their time with family.The opening speaker acknowledged that it was an unusual service. But rather than look at the very visible realities, that two womenwere tragically killed, the speaker urged the audience to look toward the invisible -- to faith -- to find solace.A choir sang worship songs between tributes from people close to the deceased; most of the eulogies were translated from Russian to English. The speakers' names were not released, in recognition of their grief.Gardinant's father was visibly shaken as he spoke about his daughter, whom he called his first gift from God. When she moved to America in August 2012, it was difficult for him to part with her. Still, she spoke with her parents for hours each day, in the mornings and evenings; more than usual the month before the crash, her father noted. On the evening of the crash, Gardinant told them she would be mini storageway for a little while at the baby shower and that she would talk with them when she returned.Her father clasped his hand to his mouth as he returned to his seat in the front pew.Gardinant's sister-in-law spoke about last Sunday. He relayed the news that two women had been arrested for alleged witness tampering."We don't have any bitterness toward them. We just want them to answer to the law," he said through the translator.Vancouver police detectives' campaign to find those responsible has been complicated by suspects' and their acquaintances' being unwilling to speak with police.On Friday, detectives arrested Linda Diann Smith, 63, and Kalista Andino Rubio, 21, in the 2800 block of Northwest Madrona Street, in connection with the case. Police said Smith faces two counts of witness tampering; Andino Rubio faces one count of witness tampering. The driver in the fatal collision remains at large.One of Mosh's co-workers spoke at the memorial about the closeness of their friendship.
